Half Marathon Training Plans

We will be offering two 1/2 marathon training plans this year. An 11-week intermediate plan for those signed up to run the Oak Barrel Half (or other early April event) and a beginner 17 week plan for folks wanting to run the Viola Valley Half (or other mid-May race).

You are welcome to join a training group even if you not running these races.
